Hose End, Filler & Liquid Transfer ValvesType N480 hose end valves are intended for quick opening and closing during bobtail deliveries of LP-Gas for NH3. The unique design prevents opening unless attached to a 1 3/4" Acme filler valve at the tank. Fisher offers large filler valves with heavy body construction throughout for safe, rapid filling of ASME tanks or trucks. Thick walled bodies, formed seat retainers and generous wrenching flats prevent damage to internal parts. The Type N456 attaches to a liquid withdrawal valve or similar constructions. The withdrawal valves is activated by means of a special adapter on the N456 that opens the correct distance to permit liquid transfer from the customer tank to the storage tank. Fisher Bypass Valves Designed for bypass on 2-4" size pumps, the N100 series is widely used on both LP-Gas and NH3 applications. The throttling action of the N100s allows only surplus pump discharge to be returned to the tank. Cavagna Cylinder Valves The 80 series cylinder valve has been designed to meet the requirements of all Standards on LP Gas cylinder valves in the world. Hand wheel is made of brass. The valve has two O-rings to added assurance of tightness. Valves available for all cylinder sizes. Type 1 ACME valves with overfill prevention device intended for DOT cylinders up to 40 pounds LP Gas capacity. Rapid purging and filling with over 1 million BTU withdrawal capacity. Steel safety cage surrounding critical welds provides additional protection to components. Cavanga Internal Pressure Relief Valves Designed specifically for use as a primary pressure relief device on ASME tanks or DOT cylinders. Wide variety of sizes to meet both domestic tanks and DOT cylinders. Cavagna Filler Valves and Excess Flow Valve For filling ASME and DOT LP-Gas cylinders. The one piece body allows for spray filling in standard or recessed half couplings. The cooling effect of spray filling minimizes tank pressure build up, allowing product to remain in liquid state. Multi-valve available which includes service valve, vapor return valve, fixed liquid level gauge, and a pressure gauge connection (plugged). Liquid withdrawal excess flow valve allows for the evacuation of ASME tanks. Not intended or designed to be used as a full time liquid outlet.
