Corken Coro-Flo Turbine Pumps
For
low capacity, medium head pumping the Coro-Flo pump is designed
and built for tough jobs. The Coro-Flo pumps handles volatile liquids
smoothly and quietly. The one moving part, the impeller, floats
on the shaft with no rubbing, grinding or metal-to-metal contact.
The Coro-Flo pump has been designed for simplicity of inspection
and service. The cover can be removed and the impeller and seal
serviced without disturbing the piping. The balanced mechanical
seal is furnished with its own sleeve, providing extremely reliable
service.

Coro-Vane Pumps
The sliding-vane design of the Coro-Vane pump is commonly
found in the LPG industry because its pumping efficiencies remain
high throughout the life of the pump. The Coro-Vane pump is unique
because it can handle small amounts of vapor formed at the pumps suction,
and the vanes are self-adjusting for wear. Coro-Vane pumps are positive
displacement pumps. They produce up to a maximum differential pressure
of 125 psig. Corken manufactures 5 sizes of Coro-Vane pumps ranging
from 1 gpm to 350 gpm with v-belt and direct-drive mounting options.
Corken Coro-Vane Truck Pumps
The Z-Series Coro-Vane truck pumps are a new generation of vane pumps
for LPG transfer which control heavy thrust loads better than any
other truck pump on the market. A state-of-the-art cam design and
new cam material control cavitation - even while pumping at low tank
levels. By controlling cavitation , the vanes, cam and side plates
remain lubricated and experience less wear. The thrust absorbing system
of the Z-Series truck pump is comprised of two needle roller thrust
bearings at each shaft extension and are rated at up to 4000 lbs.
of thrust.
Corken Autogas Regenerative Turbine Pumps
The Autogas Series achieves new levels of performance with higher
flows at high differential pressures, non pulsating and quiet transfer,
longer pumps life and a design that is easy to repair. Self-aligning,
free floating precision machined impeller, incorporating proprietary
design optimizes flow and provides quiet non-pulsating transfer of
LPG. Three mounting options are available: direct drive with coupling,
belt drive and direct mounted with C-face electric motor. Applications
include autogas dispensing, cylinder filling, vaporizer feed, bulk
transfer and direct burner feed.

Vertical Compressors
Corken gas compressors are designed for use in liquid transfer,
vapor recovery, scavenger and portable applications. Corken provides
oil-free and non-lubricated vertical and horizontal compressor designs.
Compressors are available in both threaded and ANSI flanged connections.
Depending on the application, single and two-stage compressors are
available. Corken compressors are designed to minimize required
maintenance and make such maintenance extremely simple. Maintenance
operations such as valve replacement may be accomplished without
disturbing the piping, while ring replacement may be accomplished
simply by removing the head. Corken offers four sizes of vertical,
oil-free single-stage compressors ( Models 91,291,491 & 691). These
compressors cover a full range of capacities from 24 to 361 gpm
in liquid transfer. The Corken Model D891 is a double-acting single-stage
vertical gas compressor capable of capacities form 337 to 757 gpm.
Corken Horizontal LPG Compressors
The horizontal single-stage compressor is perfect for the terminal
requiring transfer of large volumes of LPG (i.e. Barge, multiple
rail car, etc.). This heavy-duty, balanced-opposed gas compressor
offers smooth quiet operation. The compressor is offered with various
sizes of cylinders. The horizontal compressors are offered in lubricated
and non-lubricated designs.

Krug
Vapor Compressor
Save your expensive truck pump from damage when evacuating tanks in
the field at an 8 to 15 gpm flow rate. The Krug compressor can be
used in on-site upgrading or downgrading size of storage in the field,
and emptying cylinders or tanks in need of repair. The Krug compressor
transfers liquid by increasing vapor pressure in the tank being emptied
and decreasing it on the tank being filled. The liquid can be moved
into a bulk truck or another bulk tank. A hose kit is available with
liquid and vapor lines and all connectors.

Krug
Hand Pump
A simple piston hand pump for uses in filling portable and motor fuel
cylinders. Six gallon capacity at 40 strokes per minute.
|
Hydrostatic
Pressure Pump
A hand operated water filled hydrostatic pressure pump which can be
used to pressure test hoses and connections. Complete with tank, 0-700
lb gauge, and high pressure hose with 1/2" NPT fittings.
