Pressure Propane Hose
3/16" through 2" ID hose for conveyance of vapor or liquid LP gas
products. Black nitrile tube with a perforated black neoprene/NBR/PVC
blend cover reinforce with multiple textile spirals or braids depending
on hose size. Meets all UL 21 requirements as well as CGA Type 1,
LP Gas hose requirements. Maximum working pressure 350 PSI, minimum
burst 1750 PSI. For LP gas use only. Do not use in anhydrous ammonia
or refrigeration applications. Sold by the foot, available also
in full reels.

Thermoplastic
Hose
Hytrel liner Accuflex thermoplastic hose eliminates
the troublesome problem of high permeation loss and extraction of
plasticizers encountered with conventional propane gas hose.
 Stainless
Steel Braid Hose
Seamless oil resistant synthetic rubber high temperature
tube, one stainless steel wire braid and two textile braids. The cloth
cover is impregnated with fire and mildew resistant compounds. Used
for motor fuel applications liquid service.
Fisher Clamp Hose Couplings
Type M3100 for use on LP-Gas or NH3 is designed
to be compact yet rugged for long dependable service. A small boss
on the clamp portion of the coupling keeps the bolt from turning when
installing, making installation much easier. Larger size clamp hose
couplings can be furnished with a swivel nut female Acme outlet that
reduces weight and space.
Hose Barb Fittings
A wide variety of brass and steel hose barb fittings are available.
POL, male and female NPT, male and female flare with all hose ID barb
fittings.
Hose Connectors
Male and female pipe by pipe adapters. Available in straight and elbow
configurations.

 Hose
Crimp Tools
To assemble hoses three hand operated tools are available. A hammer
or vise crimping tool, a heavy duty bench model crimping tool and
a manually operated ferrule vise tool. These tools crimp ferrules
on 3/16" through 3/8" ID hose. For larger hose sizes an electric operated
hydraulic crimp tool is available.
Hose Ferrules
Brass hose ferrules for 1/4" through 3/8" hose sizes. Used to make
hoses with appropriate ends. Requires hand or vise crisper.
Hose Reels
Bergquist carries the high quality Hannay Reel where standard steel
construction is only the beginning. Hannay Reels offers any size configuration
to fit a defined space, and they construct many models of reels of
aluminum or stainless steel. Specifically, Hannay uses 5000 and 6000
Series aluminum and 304 stainless steel in the manufacture of frames,
discs, drums and internals as well as other structural components.
This type of construction eliminates the need for maintenance repainting
and part replacement due to rust or corrosion. Please consult our

Adaptor Hose Assemblies
A wide variety of adaptor hoses are available for hooking up portable
propane appliances. Commonly used on barbeque grills, outdoor lanterns,
table top grills and torches. Many are individually packaged in bilster
packs for retail sales. Hoses have commonly used end connections and
lengths.
